What is a Speech Pathologist?
Speech pathologists study, diagnose and treat communication disorders, including difficulties with speaking, listening, understanding language, reading, writing, social skills, stuttering and using voice. 
We work with people who have difficulty communicating due to developmental delays, learning or intellectual disabilities, hearing loss, as well as other problems that can affect speech and language. (Speech Pathology Australia, 2017)

 
 

HIBBA NAGRIAL

Hibba is a Speech Pathologist and the Practice Principal of DOTS Intervention Services. Hibba has an interest in early language delays, Autism Spectrum, developmental disability, preschool language disorders and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Hibba is a graduate of the University of Sydney. Hibba is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a Member of Speech Pathology Australia. 

 

JESSICA (Jess) DARCY

Jess is a Speech Pathologist, graduating from the University of Newcastle. Jess is interested in speech and language development in the preschool aged population. Jess is passionate about helping children find a way to interact with the world and support families in helping them advocate for their child’s communication needs. Jess is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a Member of Speech Pathology Australia.

 

aMELIA cORRIGAN

Amelia is a Speech Pathologist, graduating from the University of Sydney. Amelia has an interest in early language development,  Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and working in a collaborative team.  Amelia is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a Member of Speech Pathology Australia. 

 

Natalie Nassif (nee Mansweto)

Natalie is a Speech Pathologist, graduating from Australian Catholic University. Natalie is passionate about assisting children and their families with speech sound delays, language delays and understanding autism. Natalie enjoys collaborating with families to develop therapy goals and identify activities and strategies so that goals can be continually targeted across all environments. 

Natalie loves being creative with therapy activities in a way which is positive, meaningful and fun for the child! Natalie is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and a Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
